Patrick Kitchin is a graduate of
The University of Michigan Law School and has practiced law in
California since 1992.
For several years before forming this firm, Patrick Kitchin
worked for nationally recognized law firms in San Diego and San
Francisco, focusing on cases involving catastrophic personal
injuries, race and sex discrimination, defective products and
complex business disputes. He studied trial advocacy under some
of the most widely recognized and highly respected trial lawyers
in the United States.
In 1999, Patrick Kitchin founded this firm, dedicating his practice to seeking civil justice for persons who have been physically and emotionally injured by others and for workers whose civil and employment rights have been violated by their employers. See Our Services .
Since 1999, Patrick Kitchin has represented over 60,000 employees in class action cases against their employers who violated California and Federal labor laws. He has obtained settlements from several major clothing retailers in California totally over $4 million. Major newspapers around the world have recognized his advocacy on behalf of retail workers. Patrick Kitchin also represents individuals who have been subjected to race discrimination and harassment in the workplace. Most recently, Kitchin obtained a settlement in a race discrimination case in the amount of $800,000.
Patrick Kitchin is a member of the State Bar of California,
the Bar Association of San Francisco, and the American Trial
Lawyers Association, and was named a distinguished attorney by
Strathmore’s Who’s Who in 2004.
In addition to serving as the principal of this firm, Patrick Kitchin serves as president of Investigation Logic, Inc., a legal services and private investigation firm, that works on behalf of attorneys across California.
